Andrea,
ReplyDeleteI also chose NHSA. I am currently an employed as a lead teacher with a local Head Start agency and I have loved the program ever since my son was enrolled in Head Start. It seems that have a variety of positions across the country and withing the NHSA. I also love the Child Care Resources, we have a local chapter in a neighboring town and although I have not personally used the services, I believe it is awesome that they provide training and professional development to early childhood providers in the community. Thanks also for sharing information on being an NAEYC assessor. I think this would be an exciting position.

Andrea,
ReplyDeleteAs a Head Start teacher, I am familiar with these organizations. These three organizations often work together to improve Head Start nd early childhood education. The NAEYC also provides literature and research to help teachers learn new strategies for addressing problems in education.
